Driver Requirements
Minimum Age: The driver must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required at the time of booking and during the rental period. Both national and international licenses are accepted.
Deposit & Pricing
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. It will be returned upon vehicle drop-off, provided there are no damages or violations.
Rental Duration: Minimum rental duration is 24 hours. Rentals are billed per full day.
Rates & Pricing: Prices vary by vehicle category and are charged per day. Rates may change depending on the season or ongoing promotions.

Vehicle Insurance
All vehicles are covered by basic insurance that includes third-party liability.
Rentals include a deductible for damages. The amount varies by vehicle category.
Optional coverage: Additional insurance can be purchased to reduce or eliminate the deductible. Contact us for options and pricing during booking.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before pickup.
Late cancellation: If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, a one-day rental fee will apply.
No-show: If you do not show up at pickup time, a one-day charge will apply.
Usage Restrictions
- The rental is valid within Medellín’s metropolitan area. For travel outside the city, prior authorization is required and additional fees may apply.
Vehicles cannot be used for racing, off-road driving, or transporting goods without prior approval.
Tolls & Fines
Tolls: Not included in the rental price and must be covered by the renter.
Traffic fines: The renter is responsible for any traffic violations incurred during the rental period and must pay them directly to the authorities.
Vehicle Delivery & Pickup
Vehicles can be delivered to our office or to your location (delivery fees apply).
Business hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, additional charges may apply and availability must be confirmed in advance.
Vehicle Usage Policy
Only the authorized driver or drivers meeting the requirements may operate the vehicle.
The vehicle may not be subleased or transferred without company approval.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
Delivery Options
Within Medellín:
Price: From $30,000 COP ($7.99 USD) to $50,000 COP ($12.99 USD) depending on location.
Coverage: Entire Medellín metropolitan area. Further areas may incur extra fees.
José María Córdova International Airport:
Price: $120,000 COP ($29.99 USD)
Includes delivery or pickup at the airport (approx. 35 km from Medellín). If your flight is delayed or you require off-hours service, please contact us to check availability and extra fees.
